Areas of application of the quick coupling in the chemical and pharmaceutical industries
If a medium, gas or liquid has to be transported from one place to another and this cannot be ensured with tight screw connections due to the process, safety couplings are used.
Quick coupling requirements
High process reliability, safe coupling and uncoupling (2-stage) under pressure, uniqueness through appropriate coding, are crucial criteria and requirements for the tst quick couplings. The design of the sealing materials in the couplings depends on the medium used. Sealing materials are available in FPM, EPDM FFKM, MFQ, NBR.
