Various systems are often checked for leaks or functionality using air. In order to test several systems at the same time, different clutches have to be installed in a very small space and still be easy to operate, as the clutch has to be engaged and disengaged more often.
Areas of application of the quick coupling in testing and measurement technology
The couplings, especially our heavy-duty couplings, are ideal for connecting various couplings in the tightest of spaces. If gases are carried in it, it is important that only minimal gas escapes when uncoupling under pressure. Our SV couplings with rotary release are ideal for this. At the same time, the 2-stage guarantees the applicable SUVA guidelines in connection with compressed air.
Quick coupling requirements
Easy uncoupling possible with one hand. Can be installed in tight spaces. The system is immediately closed on both the coupling and nipple sides after uncoupling.
