QUALITY CERTIFICATES
All decisions and strategies are tailored to the “Quality Operating System”. This system ensures that market share, competitiveness and profitability are achieved through continuous improvement.
Our “Zero Defect” goal of the manufacturing policy is achieved through continuous training of our employees to promote their right to participation. Customer satisfaction is achieved by being able to offer the desired quality and services at cheaper prices than competitors.
Our company, awarded ISO 9001 certification, is now entering the final phase of ISO TS 16949: the implementation processes started in 2009 aim to serve our customers as an ISO TS 16949 certified company before the end of 2017.
In addition to our process measurements and inspections, we have an established laboratory facility equipped with current testing equipment for profile projection, hardness testing, surface measurement, dimensional accuracy and high-pressure hydraulic testing equipment. These innovations allow us to review incoming materials as well as our own products.

TECHNICAL SUPPORT & SERVICE
The production of standard products takes up 80% of our manufacturing capacity, the remaining capacity is dedicated to special projects to meet our specific customer needs and their demands.
Our engineering team and sales teams work closely with our customers to tailor the right products to their needs.
Our sales and technical teams visit the implementation site to understand the operating principles and offer the best possible solution, followed by the implementation of our experienced assembly team.
To ensure a smooth handover, the customer team is trained during the system installation and implementation phase.
Our sales support teams are involved from the time the order is placed to the final shipment of the products. It is ensured that all phases, from the production of the products to the appropriate packaging, achieve the set goals.
- The after-sales process is important to us. That's why regular customer visits are carried out after the sales process to ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction.
- Since 1997, data analysis shows that 90% of the product exported in Europe and over 60 countries outside the EU are viewed with extremely positive feedback regarding our quality and service.
